Don’t forget that these jobs are also unique to add up into your resume. So here are the weirdest jobs that pay high:

1. Shot Girl

The shot girls wear revealing tops and shorts which makes it not an appealing job for all women. Taking home around $300 to $600 a day is not bad at all. Their pay depends in every shot glass or tequila they sell and excluding the tips they get around $1 to $20. You will just have to deal with the customers and serve as much as you can to them.

2. Submarine Cook

The base pay for a submarine cook is $58,806 per year. The key to have a huge amount of income is the capability bonus of $40,000, the seagoing allowance of $22,254, submarine service allowance of $26,703 and an amount of $50,000 plainly for just showing up. In Australia, there is a submarine cook who had six years of experience and earns US$187,000 per year. The amount is the same as a junior admiral. This job is listed as “critical to the navy.”

3. Macau Junket Operator

This may not be the best job comparing to diving but it is a growing job. This may not be the best job since oil spill incident such as the Gulf of Mexico Deep water Horizon Oil Spill. Oil and gas divers earn $80,000 yearly. They have to do underwater jobs like inspecting underwater, installing rigs, welding or laying pipes. This is one of the most crucial and busiest job ever.

6. Master Sommelier

Experienced sommeliers, who help in pairing the customer’s meals, can earn $80,000 to $160,000 per year. Their job it to know very well the restaurant’s wine list and must know the specific details of the wine.

7. Aircraft Repossessor

Being an aircraft repossessor is like doing adventure at work which is also a high-stress job. You can get a 6% to 10% of the resale price of a plane they get from the bank. A plane can cost a million dollar, you can add it up to $10,000 to $900,000 per plane. Be prepared to work you butt off though because some repo men got shot at or tossed in a foreign prison.

8. Bounty Hunter

This job is very dangerous. Just like the repo man, you can get yourself killed. If there is someone out there who paid the bail to get out of jail then skipped town, the bounty hunter is the one who will bring back the person back to prison. Just like in movies, the person you are looking for will not be so cooperative. You will need to take extra pre-caution too. You will be paid for about 10% to 45% of the bail deposit amount. If the suspect bails out $100,000, the bounty hunter earns $10,000 to $45,000 upon his return with the suspect. If a person is good at doing the bounty hunter job, he can earn $100,000 yearly.

9. White Hat Hacker

There are two different computer hackers: The black hat hackers who plans in doing bad things to the information gathered and the white hat hackers who are the ethical ones. The white hat hackers helps the companies find security holes in their computer system and keeps the system secure from foreign viruses and such. Certified hackers has to have a bachelor‘s degree in computer science or information technology.

10. Voice-Over Work

Voice-over work can pay well if you get the job right. From commercials to cartoons to radio dubbing, an experience voice-over worker can get paid for $325 in five minutes. Unknown voice-over worker can earn $50,000 to $80,000 yearly.
